Does anyone else here find that making a beat is an excellent way of relieving stress?

i never thought about it like that before
....
i must start making some beats then...
toooo much stress in my life lately .

For me, this works as a way of relieving stress. ...
Although this can be time consuming, I find it an excellent way of switching my mind to something else....
I love messing around with my laptop and creating some tunez...
Though all my work is experimental...

It's the same with me, I guess that Production is a great way to lose track of time!
